Still Plenty of New Homes in Fulton County
Some homebuyers may think that resale homes are their only option in Fulton County. New construction seems to be a thing of the past. Cities like Alpharetta and Roswell are full and there is no room to build.
There are still plenty of new homes in Fulton County areas around Milton and South Forsyth. New developments continue to emerge in many communities throughout the county, and older subdivisions are adding new phases.
